Led by Emry Carr, alongside experienced members of the CDA Distance Team, this camp is built for runners who are committed to training at a high level.

At Elite Running Camp, we push limits, refine technique, and build the mental toughness required for elite competition. Through structured workouts, expert coaching, and firsthand mentorship from top high school and collegiate-bound athletes, you'll gain the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to compete at the highest level.

A Stay-and-Play Training Experience

Located in downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, at North Idaho College, this immersive camp allows athletes to focus entirely on their training while living and bonding with fellow dedicated runners. Each athlete will stay in suite-style dorms, sharing a space with three other runners. Every suite includes:

  • Two bedrooms with bunk beds

  • A shared bathroom and shower

  • A central living space for team bonding and relaxation

Eligibility

Requirements

Elite Running Camp is for high school runners who are currently training at a fairly high level—those who are focused on running in college and beyond. 

Requirements for camp are runners who are training at the following level and standards at the time of camp:

  • High School athletes running 45+ miles a week

  • Sub 5 min Mile or Sub 10:15 3200m PR

  • No current injuries

Athletes who apply to attend will be reviewed and notified of acceptance prior to official registration and payment.

Notification of acceptance and an invoice for camp fees will be sent to the parent email provided and due by May 1st.
